Office Specialist - PRN (as needed)

Valley Behavioral Health has immediate PRN (as needed/substitute) Office Specialist Positions open to provide office support in our Tooele offices. This position is essential as the front line of alleviating suffering healing families and improving a community. We are seeking enthusiastic, experienced candidates who are committed to excellent customer service and are comfortable in a variety of mental health clinic settings.
PRN - stands for as needed. When one of our office staff are sick or going on vacation we will call you to substitute for the day
Location: 100 South 1000 West, Tooele, 84074
Pay: $11.14/hr
Qualifications:
2 years of office support and reception experience required.
Prefer experience in a medical or physicians office.
Must be comfortable and professional on the phone and in person linking customers to appropriate services.
Responsibilities:
Greeting clients
Data entry
Answering phones
Filing
Assisting the clinical staff with support functions as needed
Some programs may require other intake support, tracking and UA (urinary analysis) testing.
