Extensive understanding of computer support situations from vendor software issues, error messages, or software failures
Knowledge of detailed diagnostic and software fault resolution techniques
Should be able to resolve Siteminder requests which invovles Policy creations, web agent installation/configuration on webserver, knowledge on all Single Sign On functionality.
Should have hands on experience on command line utilities in LDAP and Siteminder.
