Grade 3-Frame Welder
Job Description:
Welds frame usinghigh performance welder.
Job Duties May Include:
Operator obtains production sheet and selects proper cart that comes from from production, then removes ticket from cart starting in material order.
Operator takes first ticket and selects proper mode from the computer, then keys into the computer the proper width and height of the frame and the number of units to be welded of this size and the specifice parts to be placed onto the computer.
Operator takes pieces off table and verifies numbers.
Loads welder and welds frame.
Welder will check the first piece to ascertain if you have 3 16 burn-off on all four pieces to be welded.
Ability to add, subtract, work with fractions and tape measureMaintaining production operations by following policies and procedures (equipment, raw and in-process materials, and finished goods), reporting needed changes.
Maintaining safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills
Qualifications:
Associate is regularly required to stand, use hands, finger, hangle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Must be able to lift regularly and move 25 pounds, Safety conscience, Manufacturing Quality, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Manufacturing Experience, Attention to Detail and heavy to medium lifting, specific vision ablilites required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focusApply at www.
