Job Description Kelly Services is looking to fill a shipping and receiving role in the Bay City area.
This position will prepare, expedite and dispatch shipments of the company product to customers and other divisions, or locations.

Requirements -Involves the checking, packing, crating, banding, labeling and weighing of orders using care and proper packaging materials to package products for shipment.
This may include designing of special packaging to ensure against breakage and adhering to special packaging instructions as regulated by the customer.
-Ensure products to be shipped are the proper amounts, identification and correct material.
Determine the best method of shipment if not notated and prepare weigh bills, bills of lading and any other appropriate paperwork.
-Requires the need to maintain an up-to-date inventory of shipping and packaging supplies and placing orders for replacement when needed.
-Requires forklift operators license.
-Assist or perform other duties such as receiving, building of crates or pallets, unloading of incoming trucks etc.
-Continually improve and monitor quality through product delivery, conformance and performance.
-FedEx / UPS computer programs.
-International shipments a plus-Suggested high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
