Job Standards
1. Primary Objectives
o Make outbound sales calls
o Set appointments
o Follow-up regularly with sales calls
2. Staff Management Responsibilities
o None
3. Key Skills
o Positive attitude
o Great verbal and communication skills
o Does not take NO for an answer
4. People Contacts and Interactions
o 400-600 calls a day
o 30-50 contacts made a day
o minimum 2 appointments set a day
5. Compensation
o Commission Only
o Per agreement signed
o Per unit closed
Job Requirements
Experience, Training, and Education
o High school graduate
o Phone skills and experience
o People skills and experience
o Computer skills
o Extensive Training Offered
o Real Estate License preferred not required
o Previous Telemarketing experienced preferred
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
