Summary:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
o Ensuring that safety is communicated as the number one priority at the facility including but not limited to safety training, good catch (Airgas Safety Program), monthly safety meeting, safety contacts, and online training through WB manager (Safety Manager).
o Ensure compliance of the Airgas Safety manual.
o Ensure compliance with the SOP.
o Oversee all Baytown operations including the anhydrous ammonia, HCL, Amines and aqua ammonia operations.
This will include all drivers, plant associates and administrative employees who operate out of the Baytown facility.
o Direct management responsibility for all plant, driver and administrative associates at the facility including hiring, training and safety.
Responsibility will include but not be limited to associate coaching, training, compliance and discipline.
o Manage the facility supplies and inventory and lead the inventory planning for all ammonia related transactions.
This will include the receiving, reconciliation and variance management of all ammonia and related products or other products as they are added to the facility.
o Oversee all of the plant equipment maintenance, rolling equipment maintenance, and documentation of all maintenance activities.
Activities will include facility inspection, hose inspection and all repair and maintenance activities.
o Work with the sales team to resolve customer issues.
o Responsible for working with the plant team to ensure the most efficient use of Airgas resources included but not limited to equipment, facilities and human resources.
o Manage operations projects that are at the Baytown facility.
o Manage the monthly expenses for the operations facility and be able to explain the financial drivers on the profit and loss reports.
o Assist the Regional Manager in the development of the Capitol Budget for the facility by providing ROI calculations for needed capital projects.
o Work with other facilities to ensure the development of best practices.
Qualifications:

o 6 years of experience preferably in a manufacturing, distribution or operations environment.
o Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
Bachelor's Degree preferred in business, operations management or related area of study.
o Knowledge of safety and regulatory rules, DOT regulations, OSHA regulations, and EPA compliance.
o Experience with hazardous material and knowledge of hazardous material handling and transportation.
o Inventory management experience.
o Basic computer skills including Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
o Good communication skills at all levels of Airgas.
o Good organizational skills.
o Willingness to assist other regions and facilities.
o Exceptional leadership and motivational skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
