Establish areas of responsibility for subordinates, give general direction, set standards of performance, check progress of work and ensure that company policies are carried out.
Instruct and assist subordinates regarding methods, procedures and other factors in handling calls, orders, and inquiries.
WHAT DOES THIS JOB ENTAIL? Receive and review mail orders for accuracy and distribute to appropriate sales service representative.
Prepare and enter customer orders, including sample orders.
Enter export orders, ensure pricing, licenses and other data is correct.
Provide customers with paste/application quotes and delivery dates on orders.
Prepare credits for paste returns and price discrepancies.
Maintain and distribute paste return list.
Work closely with production and inventory control, manufacturing and other functions on matters regarding orders and requirements in product formulation.
Check order and verify proper billing, product, shipping specifications are maintained.
Service customers regarding special requests, certifications, and packaging.
Maintain and publish monthly consignment list, enter gun repair and no charge orders.
Edit machine and development contract orders.
Prepare down payment invoices.
Verify commissions on machine order shipped.

Adhere to prescribed safety rules and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
IS IT RIGHT FOR YOU? Education equivalent to 2 year college degree in business.
5 years office, accounting, customer service or sales service experience.
3 years supervisor experience.
Strong interpersonal communication skills, phone and in person.
Demonstrate verbal and written skills.
Professional demeanor to work with domestic and international customers.
Exceptional organization and prioritization skills.
Computer literacy with knowledge of Word, Access and some Excel.
