Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Manchester, New Hampshire office.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have minimum of 8 years of experience in Electrical Estimating
Must have experience managing team of estimators for an electrical contractor
Experience with commercial and industrial electrical construction projects, as well as lighting, low volt systems, retrofits, etc.
Must be able to read blueprints, review bid documents and specifications for accuracy/discrepancies
Must be able to manage team of estimators on assigned projects from take-offs to completion
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Knowledge of estimating software, such as ConEst or Vision
Must have business development skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized
Must possess ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
Must have a strong business acumen
Must be able to pass a background check
Must have a very stable employment history
EDUCATION:
College degree preferred but not mandatory
COMPENSATION:
A strong total compensation package will be offered; however, details will only be disclosed during the interview process.
