Seeking DISPATCH CLERK in Albertville, AL area:
Temporary position but could be ongoing for several months
Mon-Friday
40 hours per week
30 minute lunch
Pay rate: $12.00/hr
Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Primary Function:
The Clerk performs tasks related to data entry, tracking and monitoring inventory quantities and receipts, maintaining DOT records and other clerical duties.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
-Balance tickets
-Utilize EAM to input requisitions for parts, maintenance, supplies & services
-Back-up accounting clerk
-Maintain DOT records
-Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and prioritizes work accordingly
-Utilize Microsoft Word & Excel in preparing reports as needed
-Follow standard operating procedures and adheres to safety requirements
-Other duties as assigned including but not limited to picking up mail, answering phones, filing, copying and handling office supplies
Minimum Skills Levels and Work
Experience:
-Must have strong attention to details
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills including spelling, proof reading and grammatical skills
-Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
-Must have the ability to work independently
-Intermediate computer skills including experience with email, Word & Microsoft Excel (database exp and PowerPoint are a plus)
-Math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide and calculate percentages)
-Must be able to categorize and file numerically and alphabetically
-Excellent organizational skills required
Preferred Skill Levels and Work
Experience:
-Accounting experience a plus
-Experience in poultry or feed mill environment preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
