Merchandise Supervisor - Hometown
Position Overview:
The Merchandise Support Supervisor provides direct support to the Operations Leader in areas including supervisingfreight flow, autopull, purge process and planogram.
This position is responsible for a well-stocked and maintained sales floor, and must be able to keep backroom and product organized and easy to find.
Lead teammates in truck process, auto pull functions, and oversees teammate training to ensure the efficient and effective application of truck processing to standards.
Controls placement and handling of all merchandise being delivered to the store unload trucks, stocks merchandise on the sales floor; accurately places excessstock in the back room.

The Hometown Merchandise Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Providing direct assistance to the Manager in the assigned area- Overseeing teammate training- Monitoring the sales floor to ensure teammates are performing assigned duties- Providing input and direction to teammates on enhancing the customer experience- Providing input on performance reviews and positive discipline actions- Responding to corporate e-mail and directives- Ensuring customers receive courteous service Minimum Knowledge, Experience & Skill Requirements:
