Northsight Management is a multi-state property preservation company based in Scottsdale, AZ. Currently, we are looking to hire new Independent Subcontractors (1099) for Maintenance of foreclosed residential properties in Elmira, New York and surrounding communities.
Subcontractors must be able to multitask, have strong time management skills, and be experienced in lawn maintenance, interior general repairs.
All subcontractors MUST have their own tools/equipment required to complete assigned work and a reliable transportation. Basic duties may include:
drywall, winterizations, handrails, repairing cabinets, debris removal, lock changes etc. Preferred to have property preservation experience, including bidding by providing measurements and photo documentation.
Subcontractor is required to have a minimum of a million dollars in general liability insurance and pass a background check.
Northsight Management is using Pruvan, a Smartphone application to access and submit all work orders and photos. All subcontractors are required to have a Smartphone (Apple or Android) with an Active Data Plan. Subcontractors will be required to have a computer for daily access to Vendor Community Portal website.
All subcontractors working with Northsight Management enjoys a weekly paycheck and access to helpful customer service representatives.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
