Business Analyst
Nesnah Ventures, an entrepreneurial management company based out of Holmen, WI, with diverse interests in a variety of industries including: petroleum, feed manufacturing, scale sales and service, and property management, is expanding its IT department with the hiring of a full-time Business Analyst. This position will have the opportunity to be directly involved with improving business processes and seeking ways to use technology to solve business problems. In addition, they will provide leadership and support for current and future business applications including: Dynamics GP, Property Site Manager, Feed Mill Manager, Dynamics CRM and Fuel Smart.
Responsibilities include:
Review and analyze business processes to ensure business applications are being used most efficiently;
Recommend and develop business case for potential improvements;
Implement technology solutions and software upgrades;
Build custom reports and dashboards;
Provide assistance and advice for all business systems; and
Troubleshoot and resolve application errors effectively.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Business, or related field with a minimum of 3 years business or related experience; experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Microsoft SQL databases; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; detail oriented; ability to manage projects and to work independently. The work schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, daytime hours with occasional weekend and evening hours as needed.
