Job Description Field Logistics / Administrative Cape Canaveral, FL Kelly Services is seeking for a Field Logistics / Administrative position for one of our top customer in Cape Canaveral, FL area.
- Order Managemento Review confirmed orders and communicate any issues to Customer Serviceo Tender orders within seven business days of ship dateo Create multi-stop pool orders as neededo Prepare bulk loading schedule- Shipment Managemento Review late shipments and secure an update from carrierso Distribute shipping delay list to Customer Service and Supply Chaino Review current shipments and communicate any product shortages or shipping issues to Customer Service and Supplyo Print loading tickets for next day shipments and prepare bulk loading paperwork and sample bagso Submit driver information for port access- Shipping Clerical Dutieso Check in driverso Pull loading ticket and assign work to loaderso Complete shipment reporting in SAPo Check out drivers; have drivers sign BOL and supply sealAdministrative:
- Great visitors upon arrival.
- Answer phone calls and forward calls accordingly- Submit information for access for visitors, contractors, etc.
- Make arrangements for FedEx shipments- Back-up payroll as needed- Sort incoming mail- Gather list of office supplies - Printers - order supplies, make arrangements for service calls and troubleshoot any issues.
- Perform copying, scanning, etc.
for the facility as needed- Issue parking decals for regular drivers - Support facility management as neededSkillsMicrosoft Word and ExcelHighly organizedStrong communication skillsSAP experience Transportation logistics experiencePay rate:
