CNC Set-up Machinist & MasterCAM X18 Programmer

Needs FULLTIME CNC set-up machinists and/or programmers.
Qualified candidates should:
have 7
years experience minimum ( prefer 20 years )
have their own basic tools
be able to machine with FANUC controls
be able to work productively with minimal supervision
be able to check their work to the traveler,print, and inspection report,
make necessary adjustments and follow best machining practices to consistently make quality parts
make 2 or 3 setups per day
3 mill and 1 lathe opportunity at this time. We are planning on adding a night shift soon also.
Interesting shop because every day is a new set-up on a different machine cutting a different material with a different fixture and tooling.
Sometime you have to think outside the box and come up with a quick, clean, accurate way to get a detail created on the part.
Hourly pay rate from $24/hr to $33/hr depending on ability and experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
