Project Administrator

We are seeking a detail oriented Project Administrator that has exceptional organizational skills for our office in North Liberty, Iowa. The successful candidate will fill a critical role in the day-to-day operations of project management and accurately and competently administers activities regarding assigned studies. Responsible for all study activities including: study start up; training activities; creating and distributing study documents; monitor oversight; vendor management; IRB approval process; maintaining study files; assisting with coordination of site correspondence and activities; and the end of study activities including document archival.
Qualifications include a BA or BS degree in business or related field from a four year college or university, two years related experience and/or training in clinical trial, pharmaceutical, or research environments, preferably in a health care or service related environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory and/or management experience preferred.
The successful candidate will have a positive work history, strong interpersonal and organizational skills with excellent written and oral communication capabilities and strong attention to detail. Must be able to follow direction, assess Company needs, work independently and project a professional attitude and image appropriate for the work environment. Computer skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office software and the ability to learn Company specific software. Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
This position requires the willingness and ability to work extra hours as dictated by the demands of the position. Flexibility in starting and ending work times may be required during peak business periods throughout the year.
Completion of Iowa's National Career Readiness Certificate is recommended but not required (Kirkwood 319-398-7194).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
