Customer Service Representative
Handles all inbound and outbound calls; providing exceptional customer service to all callers and Merchant partners. First line of contact for the business, routing calls to internal departments as necessary.

Perform Settlements for ACH and Check Writing Truck Stops
Research Settlement Issues
Fax Settlement Reports when Needed
o Universal Cards
Assist Drivers with Universal Card Issues
Reset Universal Card PIN
o Order Supplies
o Prepare Competitor Check Payments via Email
o Progressively learn new skills until all skills are handled
o Complete Other Department Duties when Needed
o Staff the Receptionist Desk
o Regular reliable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job.
o Proficient with Microsoft Office; including Excel, Word, Outlook
o Proficient with Google Products; including Gmail, Google Chat, Google Documents; and Calendar
o Ability to multi-task and learn multiple systems to support all call types
Education and/or Experience
o High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
