B4U Marketing is one of of the leading Marketing firms in the Lancaster area. We have recently expanded locally and are looking to fill marketing positions in Management, Marketing, Advertising, Customer Service and Public Relations.
We are focusing on expand our brand awareness in the local Lancaster market. Some of the nation's largest fortune 100 companies have hired us to increase consumer awareness and build their customer base with the help of our Marketing Representatives.
We are looking for the right individuals to lead in expanding and growing this division. The right candidate will be self-motivated, possess natural leadership abilities and be career-oriented.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
o Campaign development including coordination, analysis, and continual monitoring for progress
o Professionally representing clients in all areas of business
o Developing and implementing long-term relationships with clients.
o Contribute to the growth and performance of the division
o Train and develop new marketing professionals
o Stay on top of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objective of the client and adjusting plans accordingly
o Strong verbal communication skills required, as this position is responsible for ensuring potential customers understand current promotions and products available to them.
o Prepare and execute presentations and proposals for prospective customers.
o Manage and develop marketing promotions and materials
Qualified applicants will have the following:
o A minimum of 1-2 years prior education and/or experience in a business development, business management, marketing, advertising, communications, event coordination, or customer service environment
o Assertive and positive attitude
o Ethical approach to business
o Competitive drive
o Proven leadership abilities
o Full-time availability - able to start immediately
o Pay based solely on performance
