CHSi has an opening for a full time Client Service Administrator position to join our team in Cape Canaveral, FL.

SCOPE:
This position is responsible for assisting management by ensuring internal and external client satisfaction and smooth operation of daily functions of a medical exam and/or drug screening program for a particular contract within the Exam Management Department. Interacts daily with other CHS team members, provider network partners, our clients, and vendors. Reports to the Program Manager.

Qualifications:
High School diploma required.
Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
2
years of office experience preferred and college degree preferred.
Proficiency with computer and common office equipment, as well as with MS Office products required.
Must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, be organized, and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience with medical terminology a plus.

DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Oversees full lifecycle of all scheduled exams by tracking progress, ensuring quality, and communicating with all stakeholders to ensure a complete examination.
Compiles exam results and ensures completeness based on exam requirements. Responsible for forwarding the information and supporting documentation to the medical review team.
Provides monthly employee rosters to clients. Cross-checks data to ensure all medical records are forwarded to clients monthly. Updates rosters as needed based upon invoicing process.
Creates and maintains spreadsheets and reports for fulfillment of client needs and business process reporting and updates; share with other departments and with clients as required
Works closely with medical review team and clients i.e., applicants, employers, and medical facilities to facilitate the completion of the examination process.
Partners with Provider Services to troubleshoot and improve communication and exam outcomes within the Provider Network; extend the Network and/or extend the services offered by existing providers
Coordinates final exam billing with Accounts Payable to ensure completeness, and resolve any billing delays and/or problems.
Compiles exam results and ensures completeness based on the exam request. Responsible for forwarding the information and supporting documentation for medical review.
Responsible for resolving facility/examinee problems that require extensive time and/or follow-up.
Ensures all contract deliverables are understood, maintained, and updated as necessary.
Creates and maintains procedural manuals for processes specific to each client/contract.
Demonstrates consistently thorough and gracious customer service (internal and external clients).
Enters determination into METS based on medical review.
Serves as back-up to other CSA's and assists with follow-up calls to facilities and examinees as needed.
Assists Program Manager/Assistant Program Manager with information needed for proposals.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
