Our client, an organization supporting the healthcare industry located in Fishers, has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Training and Consulting Services. This role has an estimated salary offer of $80,000 plus incentives.
This position will be responsible for the ongoing development, execution and general oversight of the company's hospital emergency preparedness service offerings. An
organized, energetic, and entrepreneurial individual
is needed to ensure the organization continues to provide its customers with effective and engaging training and consulting services that exceed their expectations. To do so, this position will work directly with the company President, corporate sales staff, and subcontractors during all phases of customer engagement to include sales, project estimation and work delivery.
Responsibilities:
Deliver onsite training programs to hospitals across the U.S
Work with Services sales team to network business opportunities, scope client needs, develop proposal estimates and support sales process, as needed; work with Services Support Manager to support sales and customer service needs
Develop and manage a team of consultants and project support personnel to provide comprehensive solutions to clients
Lead and oversee the development of new client service offerings
Work directly with hospital clients to developEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
