C- Shift Supervisor - Duncan, SC
AEL-Span, LLC a progressive and rapidly growing Third Party Logistics (3PL) firm and is looking for a qualified Supervisor that will be based at the Lear facility in Duncan, SC.
Qualified candidates must have experience in all aspects of warehousing including: receiving, outbound trucking, inventory control, and pick/pack/ship. Previous supervisory experience is a must. Automotive Sequencing and line-side delivery experience are a plus.
The right candidate will be responsible for analyzing and recommending operational and infrastructure improvements, ensuring proper training is provided to all team members, helping to achieve customer satisfaction with an error/defect free service, communicate effectively with the customer and team members, and actively strive for continuous improvements by reviewing and reducing cost.
We are looking for a team player who thrives on providing excellent customer service and adherence to policies and procedures.
Candidates must possess strong computer knowledge and excellent people management skills. A forklift license & SAP is a definite plus.
Qualified candidates must be dependable, responsible, and able to work flexible hours in a fast paced environment, Friday & Saturday (7am-7pm) and Sunday and Monday (7pm-7am) and possible additional hours based on demand. This position will require directEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
