Survey Manager
Cardno is seeking a Survey Manager in our Cranberry, PA office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
> Assists senior managers in the effective and profitable operation of a branch office, Business Unit or service group> Oversees all survey activities from strategy and Business Development, management, to final deliverable to client> Capable of performing multiple functions related to the survey operation> Has the ability and relationships to grow the survey backlog for the target office, geographic market or industry> Supervises all survey personnel, ensuring that staff operates equipment and tools in a safe, efficient, and effective manner to meet client needs and schedules work to ensure completion of work to meet project deadlines and goals> Completes and maintains required paperwork including time sheets, truck sheets, test hole data sheets, etc> Ensures that all survey staff are properly outfitted with equipment and also properly trained> Follows Cardno and client safety standards at all times.
Reports any incident of unsafe practices to supervisor> Effectively communicates with staff, clients, vendors and agencies to ensure that projects will be completed on time and within budget.
Requirements Basic
Qualifications:
> Position requires specialized technical training in surveying> Must be a Professional Land Surveyor registered in the state of Pennsylvania> Being a Professional Land Surveyor in OH and / or other states is a plus> Five to 10 years of progressive experience with the ability to grow the survey practice, manage all survey personnel and deliver quality product> Responsible for directing, scheduling, training and disciplining all survey personnel as assigned Please Note that selected candidates will be required to pass a drug, background and reference screening.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
