5 locations: Kabul, Afghanistan; Hurlburt Field, FL; Camp Lejeune, NC; Coronado AMPHIB Base, CA; Fort Bragg, NC. (Note: Potential for 1 additional LC/A in Iraq)

The ability to prepare collection plans and to collect data using direct methods of interviewing and observation is required. Required knowledge includes Joint and SOF Doctrine and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs); SOF Command structure to enable targeted dissemination of observations, insights, and lessons (OIL) for all operations; and USSOCOM staff processes and ability to facilitate issue resolution at the tactical and programmatic (DOTMLPF, SOFCIDS) levels. Must be able to use collaborative communications systems, write detailed portions of studies, and prepare/deliver briefings to senior leadership. Associate or Bachelors of Arts or Science (A.A., A.S., B.A., B.S.). Minimum of 10 years of experience, including 2 years at a SOF Component or TSOC staff.

o Daily Duties /
Responsibilities:
o Assist the Task Lead at identified locations (on-site).
o Provide on-site support to designated government lead for their respective command.
o Assist in the coordination of the USSOCOM Lessons Learned Program for their respective command by managing the lessons learned battle rhythm.
o Required tasks include collecting, archiving and analyzing observations, insights, and lessons in order to resolve and disseminate the required information to the appropriate organizations, units, or personnel in the form of reports, summaries, or briefings.
o Collect, archive, analyze, resolve, and disseminate information resulting from operations, exercises, and training events.
? Collect. Execute active collection to include direct observations, interviews, surveys, and focused collection of government-directed events; then perform the initial analysis of the collected data and provide direct and immediate feedback to unit commanders as required. This requires a continuous presence allowing for daily interaction with specific command.
? Archive. Update required databases of record specific to USSOCOM, Services and Joint Staff in accordance with current policy, regulations, and operating procedures; maintain USSOCOM Specific Lessons Learned Database - the Joint Lessons Learned Information System- Special Operations Forces (JLLIS-SOF) on SIPR/NIPR/JIANT/FP and ensure data is synchronized, current, and available to users in the least amount of required time and effort.
? Analyze. Analyze collected information and research current archives to facilitate in-depth analyses in order to determine trends, additional materiel or support requirements, future operational concerns, and other information. Analyses shall be at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels and performed on joint operations, training events, and exercises. Results of the analyses should identify and prioritize capability gaps across the Doctrine, Organization, Training, Leadership, Material, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTLMPF) spectrum with recommendations so that the final product will be able to be disseminated to the correct audience for resolution in accordance with DoD, USSOCOM, component command, and TSOC guidance.
? Resolve. Utilize command-established resolution programs, such as the Special Operations Forces Capabilities Integration and Development System (SOFCIDS) or Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process. Support lessons learned working groups as directed. Activities shall include issue development and presentation, working group actions, and issue resolution through the designated command process. Resolution shall include integration with the acquisition and capability-based planning processes.
? Disseminate. Disseminate findings based on approved recommendations in the form of reports, summaries, publications, or entries into systems of record. Consolidate findings for the government to incorporate into professional military education programs, training, exercises, and operational planning.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
