Turn Maintenance Assistant
We are currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Turn Maintenance Assistant for our property, The Village at Colbert Park, located in Savoy, IL.
This is a full-time temporary position beginning in June and continuing through mid to late August.
Responsibilities will include removing trash from units, caulking, replacing light bulbs and drip pans, performing minor repairs, changing out window treatments, running errands to pick up necessary supplies, general cleaning duties, etc.
Experience and Skills:
Qualified candidates will posses the following skills and abilities:
Prior maintenance experience required.
Ability to safely and effectively operate equipment.
Ability to work independently and stay on task.
Valid Driver's License required.
Ability to provide own hand tools strongly preferred.
Must be available to work a least 40 hours per week during the months of June, July, and August.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
