Our client is looking for Warehouse / Material Handlers to join their team. The position would consist of order pick and pull, stocking, packaging, and shipping 12,000 sq. ft. climate controlled facility. The warehouse support team will be dedicated to the processing and quality control of returned products. The business allows members to rent these products that are then cleaned, kitted and quality tested to ensure the new customer receives all the needed pieces for their use. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executes assigned key performance metrics to achieve daily expectations and shipping targets
Making Boxes for shipping
Re-Stocking Inventory
Prepares and monitor sanitation standards
Identifies areas of opportunity within the process and provides real time solutions to resolve
Works cross functionally with all team members in the warehouse
Can work independently or as part of a team
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience in a shipping / receiving environment
Has basic communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills in excel and word
Exceptional attention to detail
Reliable transportation required and attendance daily according to a written schedule
The ability to work a minimum of 38 hours a week
Excels in continuous improvement of job related tasks
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Warehouse, Inventory, assembly, picking , packing credentials or complimentary certifications
Working Conditions
Physical requirements include walking, stooping, sitting, lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods of time. The ability to work until job is completed. This portrays in general terms the type and levels of work performed and is not intended to be all-inclusive.
