Customer Service Representative PT
This position will be about 25 hours a week.

Our Culligan dealership is looking to add to the level of excellence that our customers expect by growing our Customer Service Team. We seek a team member dedicated to providing phone and in-person service to our growing customer base, and to our internal customers. Our Customer Service Department is not the typical call-center environment. Our CSR's are trained and empowered to assist customers over the phone while simultaneously completing their daily tasks that support all departments within the dealership. Responsibilities of the Position:
Commitment to satisfy our customers by scheduling deliveries and services, responding to inquiries, up-selling Culligan services, and proactively resolving issues for customer retention.
Efficiently and accurately execute processes and procedures for contract processing, AR, AP, billing and general data entry in a timely manner.
Demonstrate Professionalism, Courtesy and Tactfulness in all interactions with customers, employees and vendors.
Requirements of the Position:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a face paced environment.

years Customer Service Experience and/or combination of education and consumer facing experience. Phone experience preferred.
Upon consideration of an offer, applicants will need to pass a drug screening test and complete assessment inventories.
