Property Inspector
Reliable Reports Inc. is currently seeking a Part Time property inspector to work Nacogdoches/Lufkin and surrounding areas.
Reliable is the premier property and casualty insurance inspection and reporting company. Since 1971, Reliable has provided field information to underwriting departments of insurance companies.
The responsibilities of a Field Reporting Specialist are to provide accurate and timely field inspections. Inspections may include commercial and/or residential properties
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Receive and Send work electronically via the internet on Reliable's field forms and/or customer specific forms. Complete the inspection in the field while meeting or exceeding all company field policies and procedures in addition to any of Reliable's customer's requests.
RRI provides paid training. The paid training hourly rate and length of time are determined by the type of inspections the position will be required to complete. Once the predetermined training time has expired, our employees are compensated on a piece rate basis. This means that employees are paid for each inspection (or per piece) they complete.
This territory will produce up to $1,500 per month. This position will require between 12 to 18 hours per week.
In addition to the taxable wages, employees are eligible to receive up to 30% of their per piece rate fees as a mileage reimbursement, on a weekly basis. Mileage is reimbursed at the current IRS allowable amount and the reimbursement is based on actual business miles driven.
All Employees are eligible to participate in the company 401K plan (which matches $1 for $1 up to 6% of each employee's contribution, subject to certain vesting requirements

Standard updated personal computer.
High speed internet.
Dependable and clean transportation.
Candidates must have a good driving record.
State minimum auto insurance.
Average computer skills.
Have the ability to travel when needed.
Candidates will be subject to a drug testing and any positive results will disqualify the candidate. A background check will also be performed and convictions of theft, assault with a weapon or any felony will disqualify a candidate. Any other convictions will be subject to review as well as the candidates driving record.
Field Reporting Specialist will have to work outside in all elements, as well as carry and climb ladders and walk on roofs during the inspection. Successful candidate will be a self starter.
