Job Overview
Business Systems Analysts act as the primary liaisons amongst stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems. On a day-to-day basis a BSA works very closely with these stakeholders to understand current issues and requested enhancements. These needs are analyzed, documented, and prioritized in conjunction with departmental power users. Solutions are then designed and delivered accordingly, in order to achieve business goals.
Senior Business Systems Analysts lead project teams through a predefined methodology that involves Requirement Definition, Solution Design, Build & Configure, Solution Test, Deployment and Transition. These Senior BSAs utilize their analytical, technical and organizational skills/experience to deliver value to business stakeholders through efficiencies, automation and improvements in the quality and timeliness of processes and information provided. They have a unique combination of leadership, initiative, and advanced computer skills, including programmer experience, which allow them to drive change within the organization.

oAnalyze complex business problems and assess how existing systems can be modified, or new automated systems implemented, in order to solve them
oProvide first level Production Support for Oracle HRMS Application & Discoverer
oCreate requirements documents for projects through facilitation with key project stakeholders and sponsors
oDevelop and execute test plans/scripts and facilitate user acceptance testing process
oDocument Change Requests associated with bug fixes, improved functionality, or new applications
oEnsure application prototypes align with business requirements and user acceptance
oEnsure applications are maintained and upgraded in a timely and appropriate manner to protect company investment.
oGather business/user needs in consultation with business managers and end users to help identify business problems and propose solutions
oUnderstand the Systems Development Lifecycle and work within a defined Project Methodology
oWork with developers to translate requirements into technical specifications
oCreate Solution Design documentation to capture specifications, features/functionality, and operational details
oFormulate the objectives and define the scope of new business systems
oLead the solution design of new applications and enhancements.
oShould be experienced in project management and working across IT disciplines
oDefine Risk Mitigation Strategies to minimize the impact to a Project by a given risk
oFacilitate meetings, including Requirements Gathering Sessions, Solution Design Meetings, and Project Status Meetings
oActs a team leader for projects, or a portion of a project, with small budgets and/or shorter durations
oManage day-to-day activities on small projects
Skills
oKnowledge of Oracle HRMS include Employee Self-Service required, minimum 3 years' experience
oKnowledge of Oracle Time and Labor
oAbility to analyze data, major tables, and views used by Oracle HRMS application.
oExceptional written and oral communication abilities are required.
oWorking knowledge of MS-Office, Visio, Project
oWorking knowledge of core business applications/development environments, which may include ERP, BI or other business systems
oAbility to map technology back to business requirements to create a solution design.
oHTML
oSQL / Toad Experience
oAbility to provide input regarding prioritization of work
oMust be able to work with and effectively communicate to all levels of management
oUnderstanding of technology and technology direction.
oAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
oAbility to organize and disseminate information efficiently.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
