Social Worker Supervisor (MHICM/CRC)
The incumbent is directly responsible for the administration of the Mental health intensive Case Management (MHICM) program, including the MHICM Rural Access Network for the Growth Enhancement (RANGE) Team, and the Community Residential Care (CRC) Program.
The incumbent will also coordinate the treatment and training programs with the program and meet regularly with assigned senior staff members to plan and implement program development.
Will represent MHICM/CRC at appropriate service and facility meetings and establish liaison with both clinical and administrative service chiefs and promotes effective functioning of the programs.
The incumbent reports directly to the Social Work Service Chief.
This position requires a current, valid driver,'s license, Incidental Driver Licensure as an independent social worker (LISW) or RNWork Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 1 st Shift 8:
00 am to 4:
30 pm Weekends and evenings may apply.
