Summary
The Lync Administrator is able to define and meet their own goals considering organizational mission, quality, budget, customers, and financial results.
Responsibilities
Builds constructive and effective relationships and can identify others' needs for information and communication.
Collaborates with peers to create and maintain documentation; documenting work flows with the purpose and audience in mind using MS Visio.
Diagnoses existing and potential issues while monitoring system/application health and participates in root cause analysis.
Understands cause and effect Understands and builds test plans and collaborates in developing them.
Acts as a resource during testing and upgrades; coordinates with appropriate individuals. Solicits needs from partners by surveys, interviews, job shadowing.
Maps workflows and conducts gap analysis to recommend improvements.
Helps the project team define tasks; identify stakeholders and their objectives.
Creates documentation, assists with scope of work, justification.
Tracks project progress and quality and task management including contingency plans, milestones, and risk considerations.
Promotes hardware best practices and engages appropriate teams to troubleshoot hardware.
Evaluates and monitors the relationship between hardware and components.
Troubleshoots system integrity and connectivity issues.
Plans and coordinates downtime, change management, maintenance, and upgrades.
Assists in capacity planning and vendor management. Perform activities to support the planning, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of a disaster recovery plan.
Perform activities to support design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the operating environments supporting production, testing, certification acceptance, development, training, and project activities.
Perform activities to design, develop, and implement methods and procedures to refresh and synchronize operating environments with technical components, application data, and user access.
Perform all activities in compliance with established policies and procedures including incident management, change management, communication, documentation, and testing.
Qualifications
Can adapt communication style to meet needs of others.
Takes initiative to communicate issues and concerns to business partners, peers, and customers.
Aware of emerging application and related technologies.
Can articulate architecture of technologies, processes, and services supporting connectivity and technical environment.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required.
The position requires a minimum of 4 years of Information Services experience working in a healthcare setting and 5 years total relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience.
Healthcare information services operations and support
Experience with standardizing complex and disparate processes; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle
Experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems.
Must have proven ability to interact at and communicate to all levels of an organization. Organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities are critical for success in this position.
MCP/MCSE preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
