Quaolity Control Inspector
General Purpose:
Inspect products and processes at various stages of production to ensure that procedures are followed and that specification requirements are met.
Essential Functions: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
o Inspects and tests products to ensure adherence to established standards of strength, quality, measurements and endurance.
o Reports any deviation to the Quality Control Manager
o Documents the results of all inspections
o Informs the Quality Control Manager the results of all inspections

o Working knowledge of the metric system
o CNC and CMM experience preferred
o ISO experience preferred
o Ability to overtime, as needed
Education and/or
Experience:
1-2 years related experience preferred.
Physical Demands:
While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, stoop and bend. The employee is required to use fingers and hands to inspect products. The employee is regularly required to lift and move boxes with an average weight of 40 lbs. but a maximum weight of 50 lbs. The employee is regularly required to push a cart with an average weight of 260 lbs. Personal safety protective equipment is required.
Work Environment:
Work is performed in a warehouse environment. Employee may work at different workstations as the Quality Plan requires during the production process; may sit and/or stand for long periods of time and may have detailed use of fingers and hands.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
