Office Representative will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Candidate has to establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification. Use a customer focused, needs based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
Requirements
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate or telemarketing) preferred. Successful record of accomplishment of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred. Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs. Excellent interpersonal skills. Enthusiastic about the role of insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize dreams. Candidate must be people oriented and self-motivated. Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain). Life & Health license (must be able to obtain).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
