Home Health Aide - Southgate, MI
LaJoy Group Home Health Care, a division of LaJoy Group, is hiring Home Health Aides!
Pay rate: $9.00/hr.
Uniforms Provided
Schedule: Tuesdays and Thrusdays, 9am - 12pm
Duties may include:
Assisting with maintaining personal care, such as: dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting/incontinence care, assisting with feeding, re-positioning, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
Light cleaning and housekeeping such as laundry, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying the trash, and washing dishes.
Additional:
Must be prompt to scheduled shifts.
Must have a high level of interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively communicate with clients, peers, and supervisors.
Requirements:
1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Valid driver's license, a personal vehicle to use, and valid automobile insurance
3. Must be able to pass a full background check and drug screen.
4. Must be flexible and able to lift, pull, push and rotate during normal working conditions
