Job Description:
Provides basic bedside care to terminally ill patients.
Take and keep track of patients' vital signs such as weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration.
Prepare and give patients medications, injections and enemas, monitor catheters and dress wounds.
May be required to assist with basic care, such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, standing, walking and eating.
Locations:
Our LPNs work in private homes, residential care facilities, skilled nursing facilities; hospitals and other hospice care environments. Locations are in Jacksonville, Palm Coast, Deland, Daytona, St. Augustine, Green Cove Springs, Yulee and many more locations throughout Florida!
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver license (any state)
Must be professionally licensed in the State of Florida with 1 year of experience as a LPN
Must have AHCA clearance (no disciplinary action on file)
CPR Certified
Must have recent Medical Clearance and TB (-)
No Felony Background. Misdemeanors are evaluated Case by Case.
