Job Description:
The Title Clerk is responsible for processing vehicle titles in a timely manner to assure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Breaking down deals, gathering all proper paperwork for state registration
Complete and finish titles for the customers
Researching and responding to title questions and problems
Taking incoming calls/making calls
Organization & filing
Provide excellent customer service
Some Travel
Auto Title Clerk Requirements:
High School Education
Experience with Georgia GRATIS system is required
At least 5 years of experience in tag and title work, preferably in the Automotive Finance industry.
Able to handle large amounts of money
Exceptional communication (written and oral) and comprehension skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Basic math skills
Pleasant phone demeanor
Professional appearance
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel.
Multi-task oriented, organized, adept at prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure in a highly collaborative environment. Effectively share ideas and accept constructive feedback.
