Job Description:
Therapist will assist patients with learning to carry out activities of daily living, including eating and meal preparation, personal hygiene, dressing and housekeeping
Provides comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation services to patients with functional deficits resulting from injury or illness.
Develops and implements individualized treatment plan appropriate for each patient after medical record review and patient evaluation
Evaluates patients using appropriate tools and following program protocols.

Requirements
Masters degree from an accredited college of Occupational Therapy
Licensed at the time of employment.
