Responsibilities:
Coordinate with appropriate trucking companies to make sure the right material is delivered to the right place, on time.
Create carton labels and packing lists to go with each shipment.
Use ERP software to maintain inventory and finished goods.
Manage staff to ensure each member has a specific role.
Update production grids.
Communicate with production team when jobs ship.
Communicate with clients with any logistic issues.
Ensure proper billing of each job.
Compare freight rates.
Schedule truckload deliveries.
Requirements:
Strong computer skills i.e. Excel, Word, Accpac or similar ERP software.
Highly organized.
Strong communication skills.
Experience in printing industry or shipping/receiving is a plus.
Ability to learn the industry and our business processes quickly.
The Pay rate for this position is between $42,000 and $45,000 dollars per year depending on experience and education.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
