ROLE:
The General Manager has the responsibility for directing the daily operations of a quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, financial accountability, ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers and other duties as required. The person applying for this position must have excellent communication skills. Previous management experience is a must. You must be a minimum age of 21
years old for this job.
PURPOSE:

SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED:
Receives direction and reports to the Owner/Operator or designee
Exercises direct supervision of 3
managers and 30-50 employees
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Essential duties may include, but are not limited to the following;
Strive to enhance our guest experiences at every opportunity by satisfying and exceeding their expectations.
Increase sales and profit by building community relationships/partnerships and providing outstanding product and service.
Ensure an effective work schedule is posted each week.
Demonstrate effective interviewing skills for hiring only top performers.
Responsible for all levels of staffing and new hire orientations.
Ensure all training and certification processes are in place and 100% compliant.
Responsible to provide clear development plans and performance reviews for management staff.
Execute action plans through the use of systems, training, operation manuals and all other available resources.
Assist Marketing Coordinator in the execution of marketing plans.
Continually mentor AM's & SM's in the operation of a unit and prepare them for the future advancement.
Review daily numbers each day of work and coach and praise their results.
Provide leadership by generating excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and commitment toward company objectives.
Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description.
Standard Hours:
Work a 50 hour work week
NON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities which may include the following:
Walking, standing or sitting for extended periods of time
Lifting a minimum 50 lbs. overhead
Making observations
Communicating with others
Reading and writing
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
In-store/travel training program completed.
ServSafe Certification
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Office environment; work with computer and office equipment.
Restaurant environment; work with advanced kitchen and front-of-house operational equipment; hazardous conditions.
Essential job functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for standing, walking or sitting for prolonged periods of time.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
