Our Client is a top-producing Real Estate Team based in the La Quinta, CA area and serving the Palm Springs area market. We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Assistant with transaction management experience to oversee the day-to-day flow of the business. This thriving, growing team is poised for growth and a successful candidate will have substantial professional growth opportunities in this fast-paced work environment. You will be expected to own your job and do what it takes to get the job done. Please note: An ACTIVE CA REAL ESTATE LICENSE is required
What You'll Do:
Create Structure: You will play an integral part in continuing to build the business. You will improve, create, and implement systems for sellers, buyers, generating new leads, database management, and back office support. Finally, you will create an operations manual that standardizes and documents these systems.
Listing and Transaction Coordination: This includes preparing your Agent for Listing appointments, setting up showings, providing showing feedback to sellers, attending home inspections, physically checking on Listings, entering listings in MLS, communicate with HOAs and managing Listings up to the Accepted Offer stage. You will also assist with transaction coordination that includes managing the contract-to-close process.
Marketing Assistance: Assistance with photography and video production team in opening properties and staging homes and luxury condos for shoots. You will also assist in inputting and updating the sales database.
Support: In this role, you will provide administrative support to the team. This may include but not limited to: setting up client portals, manage & update client database using Top Producer, phone management which includes qualifying leads over the phone for your Agent and managing client correspondences. This will also include opening listings for other showing agents.
Serve: You will provide world class, concierge-level customer service to clients by serving as the first point in handling client inquiries. You will act as a Gatekeeper, your Agent will count on you to keep them informed regarding challenges and issues that need to be handled but otherwise keep them free from distraction.
Own It: You will play a significant role in the success of the business and will take on this responsibility with a sense of ownership, commitment, honesty, and integrity.
Who You Are:
Real Estate Industry
Experience: At least 2
years of experience working in real estate and/or office management and hold an active CA Real Estate License. Relevant experience in residential real estate transactions and a good knowledge of the Palm Springs area is preferred.
Transactions Expert: You understand what it takes to get deals done. You understand the urgency involved and the importance of clear and continuous communication with all parties involved in the deal. You are familiar with MLS and drafting contracts.
Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with database management, CRM programs, Microsoft Office Suite, Winforms and Apple Proficient (MAC, iPhone, iPad). You are a pro when it comes to common real estate programs including Top Producer and MLS.
SUPER Organized: You pay attention to the smallest detail and are able to juggle multiple projects efficiently all while staying focused and keeping a smile on your face. You excel at following up and following through and love checklists. You have the ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly.
Perfectionist - within reason: You like things done the right way. You operate with a high level of professionalism and present yourself as such. You also understand the importance of meeting deadlines and you are able to balance your perfectionist tendencies with the need to move projects along quickly.

The Details:
What You Earn: You earn a competitive salary plus year-end bonus commensurate with experience in the $50-$60k range.

Where: La Quinta in the Palm Springs, CA area
When: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm. Some flexibility on nights and weekends required.
