Federally Qualified Community Health Center needs a psych nurse practitioner at their growing, multi-service practice. It is 100% outpatient. Be part of team at Primary and Integrated Behavioral Health Clinic with Physicians and other clinicians. Will consult with Physicians with regard to psychotropic medications for clinic patients and provide medication assessments and monitoring of patients.
EMR and is integrated through all disciplines.
You must have a desire to work with an underserved population. Candidates must be passionate about or have an interest in working with patients with addiction and co-occurring psychiatric conditions and in developing collaborative relationships as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
