Customer Service Associate

Our CSA position at Henderson Glass is an integral and important part of our successful business. We are seeking motivated, experienced talent to uplift and support the daily operations of our Brighton location.
Position Summary
CSAs are responsible for all facets of customer service, order delivery and associated administrative functions, including collections, billings and customer satisfaction follow-up.

Greets customers in a timely manner and offers to be of service.
Answers phones in a professional manner using the script provided.
Schedules appointments with customers allowing proper time for work completion.
Creates and processes work orders to meet customer needs.
Verifies insurance deductibles and explains deductible discount programs in accordance with current company programs.
Must have excellent communication skills (English) to explain features, benefits and warranties of company products and services to customers.
Estimates, calculates and provides quotations for services and products both in person and over the phone.
Follows up with customers regarding all aspects of service and product delivery.
Handles minor customer complaints by telephone and in person.
Continually researches and develops product knowledge.
Cross sells products or services to customers
Contacts customers over the phone when estimates have been completed.
Completes cash, check, credit card transactions.
Completes daily cash out procedures following documented policies and procedures.
Completes bank deposit according to company policy and procedure.
Completes appropriate accounts payable and receivable processes.
Makes collection calls on past due accounts and accurately records such activity.
Completes store opening and closing activities as established by Corporate office.
Orders office supplies
Completes general clerical functions such as filing, faxing, taking messages, making photocopies, and other such functions as directed by a supervisor.
Exhibits good organizational skills.
Works well with co-workers, vendors, and customers.
Uses basic math skills with and without calculator in course of daily work to determine discounts, angles, pricing, etc.
Completes basic computer functions such as data entry and keyboarding.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
One Year Experience in Customer Support role

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
