years electronics development experience to collaboratively develop space based laser products.
Shall:
Interact with external and internal technical teams to develop detailed product specifications.
Design, build, test and troubleshoot systems.
Source and select components.
Design and build programming hardware and software interfaces.
Conduct prototype functionality testing.
Create and electronic schematics using design software.
Design low power analog and digital circuits.
Low power signal processing.
Design and program microcontroller based applications.
Design and implement RF technologies.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
