Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical (Med Surg)7A-7Por7P-7A/4k Bonus
Our client Medical Center strives to provide quality, compassionate and professional health care to patients, staff, and the community through continual quality improvement and to be fiscally responsible to the Attleboro County. This unit is a 40 bed Med-surg unit with Orthopedics. The goal is to have a ratio of 4-5 patients per RN on days; 5 on evenings and 5-6 on nights. The unit has a nurse manager; unit based educator and a clinical coordinator / charge RN that acts as a resource to staff.
The Registered (MedSurg) Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for a group of patients, collaborate with healthcare professionals, coordinate ancillary staff, and demonstrate professional growth and development. A minimum of 1 year of recent and direct Med Surg experience is required.
