Leasing Associate
West Run Apartments in Morgantown WV, is currently seeking an energetic, results oriented Leasing Associate with a competitive spirit to join our growing team. Attributes and capabilities that are critical to this position include: enthusiastic, energetic team player who is motivated by providing superior customer service and has a passion for helping people find the perfect new home!
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to current and future residents
Oversee and coordinate all leasing activity on site including; Track and report leasing activity, assist in managing Community Assistants, coordinate lease signings and parental guarantees, create roommate assignments and place residents in units, coordinate move ins and move outs
Provide tours to future residents, highlighting property amenities and features while using creative and persuasive sales techniques
Assist in creating advertising and marketing
Respond to prospect leads via phone and email, and provide available information, schedule appointments for touring of properties with prospects
Maintain organized files and paperwork
Requirements:
Work experience in student housing, property management, sales, retail, or hospitality industry
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills, enthusiastic, energetic, team player, organized, ability to multi-task.
