It goes without saying that every position in the company is important, but we cannot overstate how crucial our Client Service Associates are to our success. We need you to be upbeat and positive in your interaction with all clients and witness locations. We are looking for candidates who look for solutions rather than complain about problems.
Key Job
Responsibilities:
o Exemplify company values and culture of caring and discipline.
o Outbound contacts (call/letter/fax/email) to witness locations following up on requests for records.
o Inbound contacts (call/letter/fax/email) from witness locations.
o Outbound contacts (call/letter/fax/email) to clients for work order handling.
o Inbound contacts (call/letter/fax/email) from clients.
o Online/offline research.
o Reception back up.
Requirements:
o Must be able to learn and process new information quickly.
o Must be computer savvy.
o Knowledge of Gmail is a plus.
o Must have good spelling/grammar skills.
o Must be able to thrive in a team Environment.

compensation: $12.00hr
depending on experience & bonus incentives

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
