Production Supervisor - 12 Hour Rotating Shift


The individual selected for this role will supervise production employees, plan and distribute work assignments, implement policies and procedures and recommend improvements in production methods, operating procedures and working conditions.

Supervise and perform production activities to ensure that manufactured products meet or exceed all established quality requirements, including product integrity and production order documentation.

Who we are looking for
Four-year degree or Associates degree and/or equivalent manufacturing experience.
Chemical batch processing experience.
3 - 5 years supervisory/leadership experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Highly engaged leader of people.
Strong background in Lean Manufacturing to include Value Stream Mapping, 5S methods, Kaizens, and other continuous improvement programs.
Problem solving ability and critical thinking skills required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
