Customer Service Representative (Commercial Insurance)
Position Overview:
Full time experienced Commercial Lines CSR position available for a fast passed Independent Insurance Agency located in Castle Rock. Property and Casualty License is required. Office hours 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Great benefits, salary is negotiable.
Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service which can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance quotes, coverages, policy changes, claims and billing. A strong work ethic is needed and a total commitment to servicing customer's needs. The ability to work with numerous carriers is a must.
Requirements:
Computer skills
Able to work outside of normal office hours if necessary to complete tasks
Excellent interpersonal skills
Thorough understanding of commercial insurance
People oriented
Organized
Self-motivated
Ability to multi-taskEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
