A servant leader that is responsible for leading a team (4-7 team members). Committed to the growth of the team and building an effective community to serve our customers.
Manager Job Duties:
Train and mentor team members so that there is an understanding of what is expected of them.
Active listening skills - able to listen before deciding a proposed solution or goal.
Empathy - be able to separate a person from their work; team members need to meet goals, but when personal matters are extreme, be as flexible as possible.
Culture and Community - able to continue to expand the culture of servant leadership within the team.
Stewardship - able to help achieve the company's financial goals.
Process Oriented - able to work with teams to optimize processes to meet company goals.

Experience:
Bachelors Degree preferred
At least 3 years of experience leading a team
Medical Record Release of Information experience preferred
Salary:
Negotiable based on experience
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
