BASIC PURPOSE:
Provides supervision and direction for Behavioral Medicine Admission Staff with input from Program Manager. Pursues and coordinates managed care contract for the Behavioral medicine Division. Monitors Behavioral Medicine budget activity. Continues administrative duties in assuring workflow and assigned areas complying with regulatory and agency standards.

EDUCATION:
High school graduate or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred with a concentration in Business and/or Finance. Exhibited performance in Behavioral Medicine field respective to contractual arrangements is required.
Experience:
At least 5-7 years
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
KNOWLEDGE of hospital organization and functions of hospital department.
KNOWLEDGE of managed care delivery systems and inpatient admission process specific to Behavioral Medicine. Payroll, budget management and preparation.
CONSIDERABLE KNOWLEDGE of office procedures, operation of common equipment and machines, medical terminology as related to correspondence and forms required on the unit.
CONSIDERABLE ABILITY to interview and obtain required information.
THOROUGH ABILITY to direct and allocate work assignments to other admissions staff; establish and maintain cooperative working relations with patients, public, physicians, and other hospital personnel; accurately follow established procedures in filing and location of documents, release of information.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
