Staff Supervisor
2 full time opportunities are available within our residential programs serving latency aged and adolescent youth. Flexible schedule includes second shift hours and weekend shifts. Responsibilities include ensuring a therapeutic milieu; teaching daily living and social skills; coaching, mentoring and training direct care staff; implementing program initiatives, goals and objectives. Candidate must have understanding of trauma informed care, be able to lead and motivate a team and work in a strength-based manner with youth
and families. Candidate must either have current MAP certification or successfully obtain certification. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred with minimum 2 years related experience in a residential program. Will consider candidates with High School diploma and previous human services experience. Valid driver's licenseis required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
