This is a very successful and respected skilled nursing facility located close to Fort Bragg, NC. This facility has done well on recent surveys, and has about 100 beds. This candidate will be the DON over the entire building. They are well respected in the community for their quality of care, and have a true family atmosphere. This is part of a large regional company in the south, and they offer a very competitive salary and benefits package. This opportunity is very special, and it is necessary to have had successful director level experience (or ADON experience) in a skilled nursing facility for 3-5 years. POSITION: Director of Nursing- SNF
LOCATION: Fort Bragg area, NC
REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:
3 to 5 years of experience in a director or ADON role at a skilled nursing facility or assisted living
Current RN or BSN in the state of NC
Stable work history (2-3 years at previous positions)
Passion for skilled nursing and senior care
